We are healthcare professionals who connect beyond traditional boundaries of care.  Each of us has a "usual" practice setting- individual or group, hospital or community care program, extended care facility or other organization. But we ALSO share an interest in advancing quality care as active members of a virtual clinic. 

If you are already a MEMBER OF THIS SITE click to Login on the left side menu of this page. Healthcare professionals can join the group office now and our virtual practice manager will contact you shortly for confirmation of your interests, credentials and areas of online expertise. Service fees only apply (when applicable) to personal online support meetings or use of advanced workflow tools such as databases or group document management. There is no fee to merely register in this virtual office.

If you are  a PATIENT, family caregiver or client of a Virtual Office Member, you do NOT need to join this site.. Many members of our virtual group practice encourage their "patients and family caregivers" to participate in secure messaging, live chat or virtual conference rooms for consultations or quick connections to the office. You can connect to, register or pay for these services easily

Anyone can Enter as a Guest  if only visiting   But if already a member login with your unique ID instead of the guest link. 

Once clinician members become more active participants in this virtual practice and are using the database, calendar, shared document, unified messaging, virtual consultation room and other information services... we have a modest voluntary annual professional office dues  The fees cover personalized administrative support of this virtual office site and various scheduling or other support services provided to individual members and groups.   This includes the ability to "borrow" one of the shared virtual conference rooms any time you might need to, and to use the calendar to schedule a room as well..particularly early on if you use it less often. 

Apractis Solutionshelps to support this site and has established working relationships with certain certified services on behalf of our group members. These are "workflow or communication" services that are easy, practical, affordable and supported by us on an active basis. They are all optional and some are free for members such as participation in shared virtual conference rooms.
